This Mother's Day, we're bringing Reid Levin of Slow Burn BBQ back to the kitchen for a second culinary collab.
Choose your protein — Wagyu Tri-Tip, Smoked Half Chicken, or Smoked Pork Belly. It comes with all the fixins including Texas Pea Salad, Creamed Greens, and Cowhorn Kitchen Slaw. If mom wants to keep it light, the new Smoked Chicken Salad is the move.
Add a bottle from our new releases — Cowhorn 2023 Grenache, 2023 GSM, 2024 Viognier, 2024 Spiral — and make it a proper celebration.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The new Kitchen Menu is a companion to our multi-course Chef’s Tasting Menu. It features locally sourced casual classics, CKW style, in portions designed for sharing and savoring at your own pace.
Right now, we're serving duck hot wings, Waldorf salad, mustard green salad, braised Johan lamb, crispy duck leg, smoked trout, and a rotating cast of seasonal sweets. Put a bottle on ice, glow up your meal with a caviar course, and let the evening do the rest.
 
 
 
 
 
 
The Chef's Tasting Menu is a culinary adventure that never stands still. It's an ever-evolving, chef-guided journey through the freshest flavors the Rogue Valley and Oregon have to offer, every course paced and portioned by the kitchen with intention and care.
From Umpqua Lamb with wild asparagus to A5 Wagyu with Ossetra caviar, and the Blue Prawn French Toast — a dish that somehow makes yuzu custard and miso caramel feel familiar — every plate is a conversation between season, ingredient, and craft.
Biodynamic wine pairings from Cowhorn and Johan are woven through every course. All wines, 30+, are also available by the glass and by the bottle.
