With spring arriving early this year, Chef Evan is fast-tracking our transition from winter test-kitchen—when we offered only prix fixe experiences—to full spring service with à la carte dining all evening.
Beginning this weekend, dinner reservations are available every 15 minutes from 5:00 to 7:30, inviting you to shape your own experience from our hyper-seasonal, market-driven menu. The dishes evolve daily—often hourly—guided by peak ingredients.
Those who prefer a chef-directed omakase experience can still enjoy our six-course prepaid prix fixe menu with seatings at 5:00 and 7:30.
À la carte dinner reservations require no deposit, and if you happen to be in the neighborhood, we warmly welcome walk-ins.
